This was a feature we never really fully used, and don't use at all now (AFAIK).
This also runs
go generateandmake docs-repowhich seem to pick up some unrelated changes.This also removes a flag to specify the glibc flavor (gnu or musl) which we've also never used. This drives the
${{host.triplet}}variable, and some related things. There may be more cleanup to do here, but this is enough for now.
